Our dental assistants are always at your side
With about half of the adult population unable to even think of a trip to the dentist without a sense of dread, we’ve made it our mission to provide our patients with an environment that is high in trust, and low in fear. That’s why we maintain a unique policy in our office: patients have a dental assistant with them at all times. Whether you’re there for a routine cleaning or a first-time procedure, you’ll never be left alone! Instead, you’ll have the benefit of a friendly, knowledgeable professional by your side to answer questions, share information, and simply put you at ease.
Another standout feature of our practice is Dr. Durden’s firm belief in co-diagnosis—meaning you and Dr. Durden determine the best course of action together. Treatment options, advantages, prognoses, materials, fees—they all need to be discussed at decision-making time. Dr. Durden will not only have that discussion with you… he’ll ensure your complete understanding and long-term satisfaction, and back it up with a customized schedule of dental hygiene and effective home care.
